If you are accessing this platform on behalf of a corporate entity or professional firm, you represent that you have the legal authority to bind such entity to these provisions. Registration for our career consultancy tracks or financial education workshops constitutes a binding contract between Solaventino Digital and the participant.

Our career services—including recruitment strategy, portfolio building, and executive positioning—are designed to enhance professional visibility within the Australian market. We do not guarantee specific employment outcomes, salary increases, or placement in any particular firm.

Proprietary Knowledge & Assets
The methodologies, frameworks, training materials, and digital interfaces presented on solaventino.digital are the exclusive intellectual property of Solaventino Digital. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to utilize these materials for personal professional development.
Reproduction, redistribution, or commercial exploitation of our specialized financial education modules without explicit written consent from our Brisbane headquarters is strictly prohibited and subject to Australian copyright law.
Payment & Refunds
Fees for consultancy tracks are due in full prior to commencement unless a structured ledger agreement is approved. Refunds for digital materials are not available once the dossier has been accessed.
Billing InquiryTermination of Access
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate account access if professional conduct standards are violated or if there is unauthorized distribution of proprietary briefings.
Member StandardsLimitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by the laws of Queensland and the Commonwealth of Australia, Solaventino Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.

You are solely responsible for your financial decisions and are encouraged to consult with registered financial practitioners before making significant capital allocations.
Jurisdiction & Governing Law
The Terms of Service and any transactional disputes arising from the use of solaventino.digital are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any legal proceedings brought in connection with these terms shall be conducted within the courts of Brisbane.
Should any provision of these terms be found unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
